  1. If the food tastes good, I’ll eat it. I mean, there’s probably a lot worse than wood in our Parmesan, it can’t be too bad.

  2. I had no idea that when companies say “100% parmesan” doesn’t necessarily mean that there is only parmesan cheese for the ingredients but that no other cheeses were added except for parmesan. It’s insane to think that we’re consuming cardboard unknowingly just so that the texture will meet consumer wants. It makes me not trust any food.

  3. I always wondered why family bought parmesan cheese and grated it. My Mom said its better for you. It’s weird when you read what they put in processed food.

  4. its sad to think that you can’t fully trust what companies put into their foods. Companies are always looking to make cheaper foods without taking into consideration how that might affect the quality of their food.I hope that ingredients like cellulose aren’t added to cheese in the future.
