  1. The line between food and art has been blurred yet again… though this time, evoking more of the suprematism and kinetic art movements than classical. Form seems to rule over function, and I can’t help but wonder if I’d even walk away from the course full for such a price–though that sour apple helium balloon does interest me, as does the dry ice soup. And one single “sheet” of bacon? I think I’d be disappointed by just the portion size alone! (Though it is pretty cool how it was suspended on a wire like that.)
