  1. The prison labor is totally not cool and to only be paying those people penny’s for all those hours probably that they work.

  2. I think having a work related re-hab program in place for people in prison is necessary. This teaches them a skill for when they get out.

  3. I think that whole foods is making a very drastic decision in not buying the cheese made from inmates that at being rehabilitated. The opertunity for these prison inmates to make a few thousand dollars and learn new skills is a lot better than just sitting around doing nothing. They are contributing to society, and trying to make amends for whatever crime they have committed. I think that by discontinuing the brand of cheese, whole foods is preventing these prisoners from an opertunity that is very beneficial to both themselves and the rest of the world.
