  1. I think that this guy deserves to go to prison. He knew about the risk of shipping out food that failed inspection but ignored it, just to make money. If he had good sanitation from the start, none of it would’ve happened.

  2. I feel that the guy should go to jail for what he did, even thought he didn’t mean to or to do it on purpose it was still his chose to send the supply out or not.

  3. When you showed us this in class I was shocked because its surprising what food executives do to keep their business running. I think he deserves time in jail because he knew what he was doing and that it was a risk to do so but he kept doing it anyways and many people got sick.

  4. This is amazing how incompetent some people could be. The guy knew there was something wrong but still chose to send out his product so he deserves to go to jail. For how long, I don’t get to choose but the sentence he was given I respect for the amount of damage he has caused.

  5. This person deserves to go to prison. He is a high up person who knew the dangers of shipping it out and still did. Because of his actions people have become sick or dead. If he doesn’t care about people’s lives he shouldn’t be in charge of anything to do with food.

  6. This is a very shocking thing that happened. I believe that he should go to prison because he knew of the consequences and that it wasn’t safe to give out. If he knew that his product wasn’t safe, he should have gotten rid of it. The fact that he ignored the issue and still sold it to people.

  7. I believe because he was aware of the contamination and still sent the countainers of peanut butter he should be convicted. With many people becoming sick, critically ill, and possibly facing death this man should face proscecution to the fullest. Because of this mans ignorence many peoples lives have been impacted negatively. Nick Remick Period 5
