  1. Deep fried food is a fascination that has captured the american attention. The idea that you could deep fry a drink is kind of ridiculous in my mind. I get deep fried food in general but i don’t see how one can just look at a drink and go i could deep fry that. I only eat deep fried food a few times a month and have no idea how the tea would taste. At the same time this is really cool that people have the ability to do this. The human nature is a fascinating thing and i’m exited to see what we do next.

  2. I’ve seen people deep fry a lot of weird things, from sticks of butter to snickers bars. But fried tea was a first…I guess it wouldn’t be that terrible. They said it kinda tasted like pecan pie, and I love a good pecan pie. Even though it probably isn’t the healthiest thing to eat, I might actually try one out.

  3. Interesting, I would not expect that at all. I really have nothing to say about that. deep fried sweet tea, should at least be good, hopefully.

  4. Even though some fried food is unhealthy, I think deep fried sweet tea is the worst of them all. My first question is how do you even deep fry liquid. My second question is if the deep fried sweet tea is good. I would very much like to try this food in the future despite how bad it is for you.

  6. Despite how unhealthy this food is, it probably tastes very good. I love fried food and the state fair is a great place for food and fun. If i wanted to get fat i would definetly eat at this place. Though unhealthy the talent and creativity that goes into making this food is quite interesting.

  7. the first time i saw this i thot it ment plain sweat tea pored into the dead fryer but i realy wouldent imagine it to taste that much like tea i think if you aded the actual herds just minced allot more it might give the flavor your looking for

  8. My inner fat kid loves the California’s state fair fried food. I absolutely love funnel cake and make it at home all the time (not healthy I know). But if I ever go to Texas i’ll be sure to go to the fair and get all the fried food I can get. The fried chocolate balls & fry dog looked so yummy. But I’m not a fan of maple syrup and bacon, it just grosses me to the max. All together it seems like Texans’ are very creative in the fried food department.
